Why We Exist

Someone needs to
help the helper.

I grew up around tradespeople. Builders, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers. Honest working people who made something of themselves despite limited options — and poured it straight back into their communities.

That's the inner city. The government doesn't do much for us. Teachers, tradespeople, people who grafted their way to something real — we did it ourselves, and we looked after each other.

What I noticed watching all of this is that tradespeople are some of the most skilled, hardworking, and trusted people in any community — but when it came to getting found online, they were getting left behind. Or worse, getting taken advantage of by agencies charging monthly fees for websites the client would never own.

With more people moving up north, with Britain changing fast, with more competition than ever — the honest tradesperson who just wants to do good work and get paid fairly deserves better than that.

Forge Scale Grow exists to help the helpers. You got into your trade to serve people, to build things, to fix things. I got into this to make the digital side a bit less of a headache — so you can focus on the work you're actually good at.
