Why is there an upfront cost instead of monthly payments?
Because we believe you should own what you pay for. Monthly subscriptions mean you're renting — the moment you stop paying, you lose everything. With FSG you pay once and the site is yours forever. After two years, a monthly competitor has cost you more and you still own nothing.
What if I want changes after the site goes live?
Before go-live, we make unlimited revisions until you're completely happy — that's our guarantee. After go-live, small changes can be handled quickly on the Care Plan, or we can quote for larger updates as a one-off piece of work.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
Your site is hosted on Netlify — a free, fast, and reliable platform used by millions of websites. You control the account. We don't hold your site hostage. If you ever want to move it or manage it yourself, you can. There's no ongoing hosting fee to pay us.
What if I don't have a logo?
Not a problem. We can work with what you have — even just your business name and your van colours. We'll make it look professional. If you want a full logo design alongside the site, we can point you in the right direction for that separately.
How does the payment split work?
45% deposit to start the build. 55% when you're happy with the site — before it goes live. You only pay the remainder when you've reviewed the site, requested any changes, and are completely satisfied. The deposit protects us; the split protects you.
How long does it take?
Working days from when we receive your content — Get Online is 10 days, Get Found is 7 days, Get Ahead is 5 days (priority build). The clock starts when we have everything we need from you, not when the deposit lands. We'll give you a simple list of what we need upfront so there are no delays.
I'm already with another agency. Can I switch?
Yes — and it's worth checking whether you actually own your current site before you do anything else. Many agencies retain copyright on the sites they build, meaning if you leave, you lose it. What if I'm not happy with the finished site?
That's what the satisfaction guarantee is for. We make unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy — before the site goes live and before you pay the final 55%.
